Youth Sports

Youth Sports are designed to give each participant the opportunity to play at least half of each game. The YMCA emphasizes participation, fundamentals, teamwork, and sportsmanship. While each game’s outcome is known, no season records are officially kept and each individual and team is recognized equally with identical awards at the end of the season. It is the philosophy of the YMCA to recognize the uniqueness of each individual and emphasize their contribution to the sport in which they participate.
